Make it Illegal for Local Governments to Limit Sales of Alcohol on a Particular Day of the Week

Created by A.E. on December 01, 2012

All dry-Sunday laws are religiously motivated, and thus have no place in a government obeying the U.S. Constitution. There is no difference between the legality of alcohol sales on one day of the week and the legality of alcohol sales on another day of the week. These kinds of laws don't make any sense at all and should be abolished.
