Every person should have the ability to a trial by a jury of their peers. All brokerage companies "require" a person to sign an brokerage agreement or employment agreement who mandates "arbitration" as the way to remedy disputes.
This is a significantly flawed system. Companies know the arbitrators, those who favors their positions, and can stack the deck in their favor. Everyone should be entitled to their day in court! It will also reduce the illicit profits made by institutions for taking advantage of the consumer.
