The People's voice should be heard loud and clear before making any laws. A third party will maintain the verity of the People's identity and all People who vote will have the bill in 7th grade English to read and have no less than 6 months to read it. The People will identify their name, location, Voters Registration Number, picture to ensure validity. An identifying biological marker will be at voting station and all votes are made public.
