This is a common-sense law that should be enforced immediately. this law would protect the public from being intentionally mislead from the truth. At the same time, Freedom of speech won't be affected.
This law would force news channel, radio talk shows and newspapers that describe themselves as news distributors to fact-check their stories before they air them.
Failure to do so would require them to publicly acknowledge their mistake. Some sort of penalty should also be applied .
