make it illegal for the media to name school or mall massacre-perpetrators, which gives them the fame they crave

The individuals that compete for massacre "High Scores" in our schools and shopping malls etc know that their only chance at fame after death is to out-do each other in their killings. I propose we make it illegal to name the perpetrators in any public media story ( police/court records etc are obviously fine, as long as they're censored if quoted ) so that they no longer have the incentive to 'outcompete' each other. I would also make it a death-sentence crime, with no appeal, sentence to be carried out within 1 week if not already dead, and body to be cremated and ashes put in regular garbage.
