Make it illegal for news companies to plaster faces of individual claiming them as guilty until a conviction is made.

Created by B.W. on May 12, 2013

Too often News companies fight to get the first story on a subject, such as the Newtown Shooting and the Castro brothers, that they put blame on those who had nothing to do with the crime. By doing this they not only provide inaccurate information on the crime, but they also endanger and ruin the lives of the innocent who is accused. It should be illegal for pictures or names to be posted before proof is given that the person had something to do with the crime. It should not go without punishment.
