In 38 states in America, it is completely legal to be fired simply because you are transgender.
This MUST change. And our generation must be the one to change it.
We believe that a person's ability to adequately do their job is not in any way affected by their gender identity.
We believe that Lesbians, Gays, African Americans, Caucasians, Asian-Americans, transgendered people, and all other human beings are equal and should be treated as such in the work-force.
