More and more in the news we hear stories of local co-ops, home owner assocatiations and the like demand that veterans and average citizens take down their American flags because the associations say the flags "violate the home owner rules", or the flags "make the community look unsightly" )as described in the newest story covered in CNN). We ask the President to pass a law giving people the basic right and privelage of flying our flag regardless of local ordances or home owner associations regulations.
