Horses have been used as transportation and assisted in wars, they deserve our respect like the dog. We dont eat dogs in this country. Studies done in Europe have found that tests on regular beef have found that companys are substutiting horse meat due to costs. We don't want this to happen in America. Even if you don't care about horses like I do the meat may not be completely safe due to drugs used in horses that end up in slaughter houses. Cattle were raised to be food since early settlers. Horses were companions and transportation. Please help stop this meat processesing plant from opening in New Mexico. Please sign to save our friend the horse
