It is time for the U.S. to make it illegal for public servants to carry cell phones while on duty. In just the last week a train conductor is suspected to be using his cell phone when he derailed and killed 4 passengers and hurt hundreds more. We have seen public bus driver's rear end other vehicles because they were texting and driving. Several police officers tried to cover their tracks after beating a homeless man into a coma who died several days later. The public servants have radios they are supposed to use in order to have transparency in the event of accidents or foul play. The NSA has been accused of spying on American citizens but they allow crooked politicians and police officers get away with murder. No more hiding behind the lies and ability to cover them up. Make it illegal!
