Make it illegal to put any sanctions, that violate the constitution or rights of the American people, on the internet

The Government keeps trying to put sanctions on the internet, they are trying to control something that can not be controlled, and shouldn't be. I propose a bill be made to make it illegal for the government to put any sanctions on the internet or censorship that is unconstitutional or violates the United States Bill of Rights.
