Make it illegal to refuse sale of syringes to anyone -in light of disease control. Addiction is a disease not a crime.

I've seen a 21 year old pass away from a staph infection from a dirty needle because a pharmacist refused to sell her needles. While there are hepatitis vaccines there aren't any for AIDS. Say someone is clean for 5 years & they fall off the wagon. A pharmacist see's they look like they're having a bad day- refusing to sell them syringes The addict doesn't see any other option besides using their friends needle. They get AIDS bringing it home to their spouse. I know the idea people have by refusing to sell needles is that drug use will dwindle, but that's never the case. Never. I'm here to assure you of that & plea you to be sensitive to this issue of human life at stake. Quality of life on the line.
