Make it illegal for schools to deny a meal to any child regardless of their lunch account status.

As schools all over the country are denying children a hot meal for lunch our education system sinks further down the hole. I don't care what budgeting cuts have been made to a system - all children should be able to eat - whether their parents' paid for a lunch that day or not. Schools like the one in Utah are abusing power and bullying/humiliating children to prove a point and it is destructive. Children are the future of this country and should be treated as such. NO CHILD should starve due to a lack of funds. It hinders their learning ability and makes them a target for peer bullying. Please stop this nonsense and take action. Our government could stop putting so much money into the prison systems and start budgeting that money for our education system and giving all children a chance.
