we the people petition the Obama administration to make illegal for shooting ranges to put live ammunition in fully automatic weapons and to have children shoot the weapons and to require blank rounds with no bullet head in place and some sort of devise to punch hole in back of target board according to position of sensor on gun law should only be limited to people under 18
