Make it illegal for smart phone apps to require/ automatically allow access to your location.

I feel it's an incredabley invasive breach of privacy for cell phone companies/ applications to require your location in order to function. If I choose to turn off/ disable my phones ability to recognize my location, no app should be able to override that decision.
