If the UK believes that children and persons under the age of 18 should not be in a vehicle with someone who is smoking, why shouldn't we? Its a human choice whether or not to be around smokers, but being underage, we don't have much of a say if our parents or whoever decides to smoke declines our request not to smoke around us. I believe a child should only be exposed to tobacco and cigarette smoke under their own choice.
