Making it illegal in the state of Massachusetts to drop out of high school before the age of 18...and any student that not complie with these laws should be punishable by not being able to obtain a drivers license till the age of 18. In addition to that the parents must help by pushing thier child through school and not neglecting thier education. Should any parent not complie with these rules they will be subjecting to pay fines for not following through. Statistics show that more then 7,000 students drop out of school every day...that one child every 21 seconds. Passing this law will help kids get off the streets and will help are economy greatly. In the end it will be a great success we can help by starting one state at a time. States like California already have passed this law.
