For too long the world has let chemical companies and seed companies bully small farmers. My intention here is to make it illegal to penalize small farmers for using the seed that they grew . Since all species of plants,trees, fungi and bushes have specific regions of the world they thrive in. These species are called landraces and without landrace species there will not be any diversity left within a couple generations. This is why it should be illegal to sue farmers for seed they have re used from previous years . All species of plants should be owned by the country in which the landrace strain came from for future diversity in that plant species and for the good of all people. We can't be letting industrial giants who make chemicals sue poor farmers when they themselves make billions .
