Talking & texting while driving has caused about 16,000 deaths the past few years and it keeps on growing. This petition is to make it illegal in the state of Florida to Talk & text while driving with the exception of using a Bluetooth. Meaning any one who still wants to talk on the phone while driving is require to use a Bluetooth or any other similar device.
This petition will help out those people who have lost their sons, daughters, or someone special in their life to the use of a phone while driving.
Lets make it illegal to text & drive in Florida.
