Make it illegal for Telemarketers to use unlisted and untraceable phone numbers and install fines for unsolicited calls.

Unwanted and unsolicited telemarketing phone calls are on the rise. These calls are often originate from phone numbers that cannot be traced to an actual company or through blocked phone numbers. These unwanted calls can come multiple times a day for several days despite repeated requests to be taken off their call lists. All telemarketing calls should originate from an actual company where the consumer will have the ability to call and speak to an actual person to request a cease and desist of unwanted calls. Institution of real penalties and fines for those entities that harass consumers with unwanted solicitation calls originating from robotic call centers that cannot be called back should be established and vigorously enforced.
