Make it illegal for use companies to sell products overseas that would not meet or exceed US standards

For too long, US companies, Car Manufacturers in particular, have been exploiting the weak environmental polities in China and many developing nations, and selling products that harm the environment. The smog in China comes from cars that are not as strictly regulated as US/EU vehicles, but often made by the very same US companies, or their subsidiaries. We need to really stand up against this corporate pollution and make it illegal for companies to sell to foreign markets products that would not be legal to sell in our own country. Since China and other nations won't stand up for their people, it is up to us.
