Make it illegal to use drones to kill The U.S. Citizens on U.S. soil. The U.S. Citizen has the right to a fair trial. The use of a drone to kill a U.S. citizen on U.S. soil is murder. If a U.S. Citizen is a life threat to others and law enforcement cannot subdue the person. Then additional law enforcement must be used. At no time is it ok to standardize capitol punishment.
