make it illegal for vehicles to park along side the road in parking lots, obstructing the view of drivers pulling out.

On March 20th, Sarah Nott was attempting to pull out from the Par Mar Gas station onto rt 2. There were 2 large Frontier trucks and a semi trailer parked parallel to rt 2 blocking her view to oncoming traffic. There was no other way out of the parking lot and other cars behind her. As she inched out to see down the road, her view was still blocked. She was hit in the drivers side by a vehicle who also could not see her.
This is not the first time this type of accident has occurred due to these circumstances. Please help us to put an end to this dangerous practice.
