Make it illegal to wear any part of a military uniform if you are not currently serving or you are a veteran

It is highly disrespectful and offensive to wear the uniforms that are issued to our service members if they did not earn it. It is also not right that people can get away with wearing one part of a uniform in civilian clothes as if it were some type of fashion statement. Many Americans have shed blood, sweat, tears, and even there lives for the uniforms of the United States military. Mr President, please pass a bill to stop these acts from occurring in our nation
