Make it a law for every newer vehicle and smart phone to have an SOS emergency button for emergencies. like abduction.

I am 13 and have been thinking about all of the abductions and Emergencies with children and families, I think it would help our people a lot if they had an SOS button in there vehicles and on their smart phones that was discreet and when they press it, it triggers a silent Emergency alarm to police and family alerting family and emergency services of the emergency along with a consistent location this way the police could track the owner of the phone and rescue the victim, it should be a free feature installed with every phone and vehicle. This may help users against Rape, assault, theft, kidnapping, or any danger and also help authorities trace the victim and possibly the attacker down.
