There has to be a Law that must come to the Table that who ever uses there Pants below there Buttocks or hanging off there Buttocks must be Fined or go to Jail. This is Disgusting that American people have to walk out of there homes every day and look at some ones Butt staring in the face .It is indecent exposure and us as Americans can not stand for it any longer.
The People that practice this way of dressing must be stopped it is not Fair to the rest of our Citizens to be subjected to this way of dress. Please pass laws in every state to stop this and bring our Dress code back where everyone pulled there pants over there Butts.
