Make it a law that the president must dye his hair red, white, and blue

For to long our presidents have been old men chanting about the same things everyday. But I say we the people should stand up and unite as one to put an end to this boring cycle of life. We must make the president dye his hair red, white , and blue so that one day when our grandchildren are sitting on our lap they will want to see what the president is talking about because he has red,white, and blue hair.
