There needs to be a law that when anybody has been convicted of animal abuse/neglect/torture they must register to a National Database just like Megan's Law.....I believe in my heart that if this National Database actually went up we could save some precious lives!!This would help animal breeders, pet store owners and anybody that has to give there pet a good home, check the database before giving your pet away....way to much animal abuse goes on in this world , we need to be there voice!!
