Genny Barbour is a 16-year-old high school student in New Jersey with epilepsy and autism. The Barbours began administering drops of homemade cannabis oil to Genny in the morning, after school, and at bedtime. They said that, in addition to affecting her seizures, Genny became more attentive, gentle, and verbal, according to Yahoo Parenting. The Barbours indicated that Genny is finally seizure free after a doctor prescribed her cannabis. Her dosage has been upped to 4 times a day, however the school district will not allow the oil to be administered to her on school grounds. Please help this child along with any future children who will need this type of medication get the dosages they need at the correct times. Even if it's during school, we need policies to change!
