We allow 18 year old people to join the armed services and die for their country but we won't allow them to drink with their buddies. I ask that all military personnel while on military installations be allowed to consume alcohol at their commanding officers discretion. This will allow them to be able to drink with their friends but if they do something illegal they can still be punished by the military.
