This year alone, 17 deaths have occurred in children under the age of 2 as a result of being left in a hot car. Right now, only in the state of Tennessee, a Samaritan see's a child, elder or pet abandoned in a hot car, visibly in distress or heat exhaustion, it is legal for that person(s) to break out the window, and get the person, or pet to a safe, cool environment, water, and medical care.
This petition is to get that same law passed in every U.S. State without consequences, or arrests of a felony.
