We petition the Obama administration to pass laws making it legal for Brewpubs to sell their brews (beers) off site at other restaurants and stores and allowing Microbreweries to sell and serve their brews (beers) onsite. At present Brewpubs are restricted to selling their brews on site only and microbrews are not allowed to sell and serve their brews in their breweries. These laws have been fought for at the state level and have been lobbied against heavily by the big breweries in an attempt to limit competition from Brewpubs and Microbreweries.
