Chloe Stirling is 11 years old from Troy, IL. She is a child and living the dream every child had in old America. When growing up it was common to see children selling lemonade, cookies and cakes from every corner in neighborhoods across America. It gave America the family home town appeal.
Well Apparently, all that is illegal now. This little girl's heart is broken over nonsense.
