Make it a legal offense to verbally abuse women in the work place as employees or otherwise in the state of Pennsylvania

Currently in the state of Pennsylvania, USA, as an employee to a small business or otherwise, young women and men alike are being verbally abused and belittled in the work place, often by the people they are working for. Some of which allready come from abusive family backrounds. It seems it is perfectly fine to verbally harrass and abuse young women/men in the workplace. On several accounts, I myself have filed complaints through all major agencies including OSHA with zero resolution to the abusive incidents I have undergone as an employee. It seems as though, a joke to speak up when you are being mistreated in this state, by the people you work for. I am not alone and I refuse to accept abuse from day to day.
