Make it Legal to own and use a still for the production of alcohol for personal use.

Jimmy Carter made it legal for someone to produce beer and wine in the home for personal use, yet we are not allowed to create small batches of whiskey and other distilled spirits for personal use. If we could make alcohol at home, it could also be used to fuel vehicles that are Flexible Fuel. There is no reason that someone should not be able to do this for personal use, other than the government does not receive taxes on it. This would make it legal, and stop some of the illegal activities that go on in order to do the same thing, saving money on law enforcement, both federal and local.
