Owning a horse in city limits would better your community because it would help stop pollution and better the soil nutrients. It would help stop pollution because it eats grass and then it gives it back in a different form, they also don't need any gas so that won't end up affecting the air. Horse feces is a great fertilizer, it will put nutrition back itto the soil so it will grow better plants.
