Make it legal for owners of video game systems to "mod" and upgrade there systems as they freely choose.

Created by M.W. on March 05, 2013

Video Game console owners pay alot of money for one dedicated format for there gaming needs. They buy them with there own money, and decide games they want to play on them. It should there for not be considered Illegal to open the system up and make adjustments and customizations that suit our particular gaming needs. Console companies are making it harder and harder for gamers to keep gaming because of the removal of "backwards compability". Which forces console gamers to keep older systems they may not have space for in order to play games they've already bought. The console manufactorers solution is to sell the consumer digital copies of the games they already owned. Allowing the owners to upgrage there system saves them money and space. It shouldnt be criminal to modify what you own.
