The world is filled with people who qualify as stupid. These people inculde but are not limited to, welfare abusers, drug dealers, rapists, child molestors, dead beat parents ( mother and father), thieves, people who have 7 kids with different fathers or mothers, animal abusers, women beaters, some hippies, women who use their kids as a paycheck, etc. You get the picture.
