Make it MANDATORY across the nation to enforce drug tests for "recipients on welfare". Monthly drug tests for all!

I would like to see monthly REGULATED drug tests for ALL individuals currently on welfare. Since the Administration wants to make America an Equal Opportunity Country, let's start by making Welfare EO. Why do I, the hard working American have to pay for someone else who is on welfare and addicted to illegal drugs? Why are WE THE PEOPLE not voicing our opinion? Who cares of the comments we receive? We may be cruel, or unfair. WE THE PEOPLE pay these "welfare" handouts. I take a drug test 5-6 times a year to keep my job in the Army. I've sacrificed too much to let someone addicted to drugs, get free money every month!
