To make it mandatory that all child support payments stop at the age of 18 nation wide.

Created by J.T. on January 24, 2014

Currently the laws vary in each state as to when a child is emancipated. New Jersey has NO emancipation age! this is a conflict of interest because they set the amount and have the final say so if they stop the payments. They also make money off of the child support payments!! NO non-custodial parent should be forced to make a single payment beyond a childs 18th birthday. And the parent cannot stop making payments because they are taken from their paycheck by force.
