Make it Mandatory for all citizens to serve in the Military unless they are accepted to a 4 year college.

I believe that all citizens should serve a minimum of 2 years in the United States Military when they graduate High School. Branch will be dependent on need and ASVAB Scores. The on exception to this law would be that the citizen who receives a scholarship for a 4 year college education or a citizen that is able to afford the 4 year college education. What this will do is give all citizens the ability to have education, training and the ability to work and should decrease homelessness, the need to depend on the government and decrease unemployment. It will also increase an awareness of being an American Citizen and giving back to society.
