i live in what is called dixie alley and have been through tornado that riped through yazoo city,ms in april 2010 and that is nothing i wnt my child/children to have to go through again. i think it shoul dbe mandatory that daycares/schools have a storm shelter/safe room for the children to go to during bad weather. i really hope this will get everyones attention and the petition be signed. in mississippi you never know what the weather will do.
