Make it mandatory for all "First Amendment" activities to be allowed on public and private property open to the public.

Created by A.T. on December 15, 2012

It is not fair or acceptable that agencies in the private and governmental sector on American soil are preventing the public from exercising First Amendment activities on their property: rights that are guaranteed by our nation's Constitution.

The public has been prevented from engaging in civic activities like: (a) registering people to vote, (b) passing out information regarding a cause or (c) signing a petition that can be placed on local or state ballots throughout the country. After recent failures to prevent First Amendment activity from freely taking place on their property, corporations have influenced lawmakers into creating harmful legislation that "stabs" at our rights. As a result, the voting integrity has plummeted.
