The 2nd Amendment is to protect the citizens from a tyrannical government and to protect themselves from criminals. If the government can force health care upon us and birth control, then why not guns in support of the 2nd Amendment? We have the right o protect ourselves, yet the government insists on infringing upon our 2nd amendment rights by enacting regulation after regulation making it harder to own guns. The 2nd Amendment does not ban ANY guns whether automatic or semi-automatic, long rifle or hand gun, yet there are still laws banning these arms or laws that make ownership impossible. The only way to stop an armed bad guy is with an armed good guy!!
