Make it mandatory that all new gasoline engine cars be hybrids, it will help the environment and create jobs.

Basically, gas/hybrid technology for automobiles has been around for years. It is time to make it mandatory that all new gasoline motor vehicles have this technology, by making this a new law. With the new engine designs, the retooling of auto plants, the need for parts for all the new hybrid engines. This will create a surge of growth in the economy across the board. Millions of new jobs will be created. More people will be working and paying taxes, unemployment will decline under 5%. The automobile industry as a whole will have new life breathed into it. Also make it a key point any job that will be created directly from this act has to remain in the United States. There will be no importing of parts for this major transition. Has to be made here. This will save this country.
