make it mandatory for all our troops stationed overseas to get a ballot? Of course, the individual soldiers can't be forced to vote; however, the U.S. Military should be forced to make sure each member of the armed forces receives a ballot. Every soldier can sign off stating that they got a ballot, and the military should be responsible for turning these signed off forms and/or completed ballots in. Doing this will ensure that the men and women who serve our country get an opportunity to vote regardless of where they may be in the world.
