Make it mandatory for all public male restrooms to have a baby changing station.

With modern families it is unrealistic to not have a baby changing stations in all male restrooms. With no where to change a child fathers and mothers must result in changing children on unsanitary surfaces. This petition should require all public restrooms to have sanitary changing stations in both male and female restrooms. Researchers in the UK have found that 92 percent of over 100 public baby changing tables carry traces of cocaine. As Americans we should set a good clean example of proper sanitation.
