This is a request that all recipients of state funding be randomly drug tested throughout a calendar year to make sure that there is no abuse of laws and regulations. Upon failing a drug test, a recipient would be suspended from funding for a full year, no exceptions. Section 8, food stamps, KidMed, Medicaid, FITAP, child care assistance, cellular phones, any and every type of funding would be suspended.
