For far too long the structure and operation of 'secret' government projects has been corrupted by greedy government employees. When is the President of the United States not allowed to know everything that goes on within this country? Why are 'black' projects allowed to operate on their own with no oversight? Why is the President only on a 'need to know' list?
The Obama Administration needs to make it mandatory that all 'secret' operations submit status reports to the Office of the President on a regular basis. In addition, all of these operations need to be investigated to confirm the reports.
Only then will this country end the massive corruption that has grown completely out of control. Not to mention - billions of dollars can be saved with a little house cleaning. Sweep away!
