There are so many out there on welfare who use drugs, we give them the ability to continue using by giving them food stamps which free up their money for drugs. We are in debt as they say so why not drug test annually for food stamps, TANF and Financial Aid...I guarantee you would cut the welfare in half by doing this. I have nothing against Welfare! I am currently recieving Medacaid for my children and food stamps and I would GLADLY commit to drug testing annually, those who genuinely NEED the help would have no problem submitting to drug testing.
